Terms and Conditions for Online Fee Payment

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the online service for payment of School Fee for DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL, MOHALI. Please read the terms and conditions carefully. You will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by authorizing a payment through the online payment service. DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL, MOHALI reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. You should therefore re-read these terms and conditions each time that this service is used.

Summary of Key Terms

The online service enables users to pay school fees online through the Edunext App for parents of DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL, MOHALI. Online Services are provided through a secure website using the Edunext online payment system. All such Online Services shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions for Online Services and the Terms of Use of the DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL, MOHALI portal, which are incorporated herein by reference.
DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL, MOHALI shall be entitled at any time, without prior notice or any liability to you, to cancel or suspend the online fee payment services and/or to substitute alternative services, which may or may not be interactive or transactional in nature.
The credit/debit card information supplied when using this service is processed by the payment gateway of the service provider and is not supplied to the School. The only information supplied to the School is the name of the payer, the bill number and the amount of the payment. It is the sole responsibility of the user of this service to ensure that the information entered in the relevant fields is correct. It is recommended that you take and retain a copy of the transaction for record-keeping purposes and to assist with the resolution of any disputes that may arise from the use of this service.
Your payment will normally reach the DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL, MOHALI account to which you are making a payment within two working days.
In respect of any failed transactions processed through this service, any transaction failure charges payable, if applicable, to the participating banks in respect of such failed transactions shall be charged additionally.
While availing any of the payment methods offered by us, the School is not responsible for and will take no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to:
- Lack of authorization for any transaction(s);
- Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed between you and your bank(s);
- Any payment issues arising out of the transaction; or
- Decline of the transaction for any other reason(s).

Fee Payment

The fees to be paid by the Customer/Parent shall be computed and paid as specified herein below:

Payment may be made through the payment methods made available through the online payment gateway.
DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL, MOHALI does not charge any processing fee or service charge from students/parents for online payment. However, students/parents may have to pay charges, if any, as applicable by the payment gateway service provider.
GST and other taxes, if applicable, will be charged in addition to the applicable amount and shall be borne by the Customer/Parent.

Refund Policy

Technical Issue

In case of any technical issue due to which the payment is deducted from the payer's account but does not reflect in the official ERP, and the payment gateway service subsequently confirms the successful settlement of the transaction, the School will manually submit/update the payment in its ERP after receiving the payment.

Such payment processing/credit may take 7?10 working days after the School receives the payment.

Multiple Payments

In case of a duplicate/double payment and the payment gateway service clearly confirms the same, the School will process the refund after receiving the payment in the School's account.

The refund may take 7?10 working days to process. Alternatively, the amount may be adjusted against the next month's fee, subject to the payer's request and the School's approval.

Other Payment Discrepancies

In all other cases where there is any discrepancy in the fee paid, the parent/customer must directly contact DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL, MOHALI. The School's decision in such matters shall be final and binding.
